(BIGELOW TEA – Shipping Office) Permit to add a 78 square foot entry vestibule to an existing exterior entrance and remodel adjacent shipping office. The purpose of the new vestibule will be to restrict access into the manufacturing area by trucking employees filling shipping orders. A certificate of completion shall be issued when work is completed and a final inspection has occurred. Scope or work includes: construct interior non-bearing walls to enclose vestibule off from manufacturing area, installation of new lighting, installation of new electric heater, installation new doors / hardware, installation of a new hard lid ceiling above new vestibule (not a structural deck), and interior finishes. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
