(THE OWYHEE OFFICE TI #3 - 2ND STORY OF THE HISTORIC OWYHEE PLACE - SUITE 250) Fire sprinklers used for area, story, and height increases. To construct a 1,266 square foot shell office tenant space in the Northeast corner of the 2nd story of the Owyhee Place historic building. The shell and core upgrade work was done under permit BLD13-00938. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, suspended acoustical ceilings, millwork, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 (including quick-response heads where not provided) and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. A fire sprinkler permit shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems.
