To expand an existing 220 square foot storage room by about 207 square feet. The total floor area of the storage room after the expansion will be about 427 square feet and will be used by the food and beverage operator located within this building. Work is to include removing an interior nonbearing wall and installing a suspended acoustical ceiling. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 (including quick-response heads where not provided) and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. A fire sprinkler permit shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems.
