(State Street Apartments - Apt 202) "2/15/18 PLAN MODIFICATION TO REMOVE SOME OF THE EXISTING ROOF FRAMING AND RESUPPORT THE ROOF WITH NEW BEAMS AND A NEW FOOTING."" ""PLAN MODIFICATION TO ADDRESS ACTUAL CONDITIONS OF THE PORCH AREAS THAT HAD BEEN PREVIOUSLY CONVERTED TO BEDROOMS. THE CEILNS OF THE CONVERTED AREAS ARE TO BE COATED WITH AN INTUMESCENT MATERIAL PER THE ATTACHED DOCUMENTS. THESE PLAN ALSO PROVIDE DETAILS ADDRESSING PENETRATIONS OF RATED ASSEMBLIES. PLUMBING THAT WAS PREVIOULSY CAST IRON AND GALVANIZED HAS BEEN REPLACED WITH PEX AND ABS REQUIRING THESE PENETRATIONS TO BE APPROPRIATLY FIRESTOPPED. For interior improvements limited to the kitchen and bathroom areas with work to include the removal and installation of new kitchen and bathroom cabinets and fixtures, installation of new applicances as well as kitchen and bathroom plumbing fixtures. The drop ceiling area below the kitchen and bathroom areas will be removed and replaced with a new suspended gypsum board ceiling system per the attached documents. Any openings created or exposed in the existing floor/ceiling assembly shall be repaired and/or fire caulked to maintain the existing assembly. This building is not fire sprinklered. CDM
