(THE BOISE HUB) This permit is for the occupancy of an existing office built in 1952. On the 1nd floor the office occupancy will stay the same. The change in occupancy of the Basement floor level from daycare to office will occur under this permit. Scope of work to include; accessible parking and route into building and installing an electric lift from basement to ground level for ADA access and building emergency lighting upgrades. This building will be used as executive suites. The existing 1 hour corridor on both floors shall be maintained. **This building is NOT fire sprinklered.**
