(KTVB Building) - New Entry Walk Cover - To construct a new 14' x 16' (224 square feet) pedestrian walkway at the existing north office entry door, over existing sidewalk. This canopy will be constructed of steel beams and columns with metal sandwich roof panels. Egress lighting shall be provided at the covered walkway. This structure is being considered a pedestrian walkway and is not considered an addition to the existing building. All construction per the approved plans. JCM
