(BARBER TOWN EYE CARE) Fire sprinkler system used for code tradeoffs, story increase, and fire flow. To remodel an existing 1,282 square foot tenant space to be used as an Optometrist Office. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, relocated light fixtures, new light fixtures, light switches, interior doors, finishes, and millwork. The existing toilet/shower room as well as the toilet, lavatory, and shower located within the existing toiler/shower room are required to be maintained accessible to the disabled. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The philosophy for dealing with the seismic forces for the existing suspended acoustical ceiling (i.e. restrained or floating) shall be maintained per the original approval. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. A separate fire sprinkler permit is required for any changes to the fire sprinkler system. **CJW**
