Items noted include; remove surface bolt or remove non-required exit sign at the north door from the front office to the shop, post address numbers of min. required height, post "door to remain signage" at the main entry/exit, lower fire extinguishers to no higher than 48" AFF, provide verification the non-required fire alarm system is functional or remove.
