The interior remodel will include new finishes and furnishings throughout the dining room and restrooms and relocating the rear door in the dining room. The exterior façade will receive stucco accents, corrugated metal panels, and new wall mounted lights. The existing restrooms will be renovated to be ADA compliant. The kitchen area is not included in the scope of this permit as shown on the approved plans. Work to include relocation of exit, structural changes, lighting, mechanical and plumbing changes.
