Work includes: construction of interior nonbearing walls to divide this space into a commercial kitchen food prep. area, customer waiting and dining area, two fully accessible restrooms for men/women; Installation of a suspended ceiling system; interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC; upgrade electrical, mechanical & plumbing to meet tenant needs and comply with current adopted codes and ordinances of Boise City. Energy code compliance for the envelope was part of the SHELL permit. Sealing & insulation of ductwork, mechanical and lighting compliance are a part of this permit. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is to be issued when completed and approved. The East tenant demising wall is a 2-hour Fire Barrier wall.
