(Interior Demo Permit – BON-Macy’s) ****NO NEW CONSTRUCTION ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT**** This permit is to perform demo work only. Scope of work includes removal of non-bearing interior partition walls, removal of existing plumbing, removal of interior finishes, removal of all existing outlets and wiring back to the box or properly terminated above ceiling line, and removal of some existing light fixtures. As indicated in submitted scope of work. Atleast one means of egress stairway shall be maintained and available to each story at all times during demolition. The existing floor ceiling assemblies are required to be maintained and the new work permit submitted at a later date will be required to show one hour floor ceiling assemblies. Do not remove ceiling unless sprinkler coverage is able to be maintained in accordance with the Boise City Fire Dept. Fire Sprinkler System will be modified as necessary to maintain full coverage within the building. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. ****NO NEW CONSTRUCTION ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT**SRZ**
