This project is for the remodel of an existing 1128s.f. single fasmily that will include select interior partition wrk to enlarge the kitchen area, and reconfiguring one of the bathrooms. Where exterior walls are opened up on the exterior walls 3-13 insulation will be placed. Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are required.
