This permit is to remodel an existing 2,170 square foot area in the basement of an existing building. Work is to include removing existing interior nonbearing walls, construction of new interior nonbearing walls, new mechanical, new electrical, installation of new accessible interior pocket door / hardware, and interior finishes. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
