This tenant space was most recently used by “Cricket” and was classified as an M Occupancy. A Certificate of Occupancy was issued to that tenant on May, 4, 2011 under BLD11-00626. No new work is authorized under this permit. The restroom is required to be maintained accessible to the disabled and available to the public.
