Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: select demolition of old Tully’s coffee stand, installation of new Starbucks kiosk with accessible portion of front service counter, new pendant/track lighting, electrical, plumbing and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. NOTE: Accessible restrooms for use by public are located within Fred Meyers. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. **JG**
