Work is to include: installation of new accessible sales / service counter, installation of new kitchen equipment, new lighting, new mechanical, and interior finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings and with all applicable codes and ordinances. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
