(IDAHO LIQUOR – Northgate Shopping Center) Permit is to combine an existing 3,144 square foot liquor store (BLD05-00367) with the adjacent 2,590 square foot retail store (Herb Incense – BLD10-01297) creating a new 5,734 square foot liquor store. Work to include: some interior demolition work, a new high/low drinking fountain, construct new vestibules at entrances, patch and repair existing suspended ceiling, relocate lighting, installation of a new accessible point of service counter, and interior finishes. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
