Scope of work to include enlarging existing coffee bar, new seating as shown on approved plans and replacement of set of doors that are part of means of egress. These doors will have not lock or latch. The push/pull force of the door shall meet ADA requirements. Plumbing will be added as shown on approved plans for coffee bar extension. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **ajs**
