Work to include: installation of interior non-load bearing walls to create five new offices, relocation of existing light fixtures, relocation of existing mechanical ductwork, and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
