Under the 2012 IBC the demising wall is not required to be rated. The existing ceiling grid will be repaired. The point of sales counter will have an ADA portion. The new flooring installed shall meet IBC chapter 8 requirements for interior finish material. The existing restroom will be renovated to be ADA compliant. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.**ajs**
