A corridor door that is an obstruction to the interior accessible route for the disabled will be removed. The corridor is not required to be an enclosed fire-resistance-rated corridor. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. Quick-response fire sprinkler heads are required within the classroom. A separate fire sprinkler permit shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such system. **CJW**
