Permit is for the first floor kitchen and second floor master restroom remodel, the work to include the removal of select exterior load bearing and non-load bearing walls, adding new load bearing wall at kitchen to extend out to be flush with the exiting nook pop out wall area in the first floor, at the second floor master restroom relocating the shower, toilet and vanity/lavatory, all work to be per the approved plans and current local codes, an electrical, plumbing and mechanical permit is required.
