(TAMARACK GROVE ENGINEERING) This building does not have a fire sprinkler system. To remodel a 2,138 square foot tenant space located within the North half of an existing 4,858 square foot building. Areas will be combined into one 2,138 square foot tenant space. The gas fireplace was installed under permit MEC14-04933. Work is to include infilling door openings in interior walls, creating door openings in existing interior walls, removing interior nonbearing walls, and installing new windows. This permit is intended to construct new work, to validate work that has been done previously, and to establish a Certificate of Occupancy for this tenant. The existing accessible entrance and restrooms are required to be maintained, as a minimum, at their current level of accessibility to the disabled. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. **CJW**
