(IMPERIAL PLAZA CONDO UNIT 203) For minor interior remodeling of an existing 2nd floor residential unit with work to include the removal and reconstruction of approximately 10 lineal feet of interior nonbearing partition wall, removing existing half height wall, removal of existing cabinetry in bathroom / kitchen, removal of plumbing fixtures, installation of new cabinets, installation of new plumbing, widen an existing doorway, move a doorway down the hall, and other miscellaneous finishes. This building is not fire sprinklered. New plumbing is only allowed to connect to existing stubs and no new penetrations of the existing floor/ceiling assemblies is allowed and the existing one hour rated wall assemblies are required to be maintained. NOTE: all asbestos must be abated in compliance with the “Department of Environmental Quality” requirements.
