This project is for the interior remodel of an existing 1058s.f. single family. the project will include the removal of all interior wall coverings and the updating of the electrical, plumbing and window replacement. There will be new beams installed in the attic area to allow for the removal of 2- interior walls allowing for the kitchen and bathroom expansion. Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked and the plan review notes. pep
