The project will include the removal of the entire roof framing system; all interior finishes and coverings. The repair includes a new roof framing system, insulation best suited to the 2 X 4 construction, select window replacement per the window replacement policy, new electrical and plumbing as needed. Furnace and the return ducts need to be replaced. Separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical and ESC permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked, energy best method with prescriptive along with the plan review notes. pep
