Permit is for the remodel of the basement area to create a bedroom, utility room, bathroom and a living space areas, new bedroom to have an emergency escape and recue opening per the attached handout, work to include new interior non-load bearing walls and possible load bearing walls at the new living space but applicant does not know until the walls are open (engineering if load bearing inspector field verify) all work to be per the approved plans and current local codes, an electrical, plumbimg and mechanical permit is required.
