No fire sprinklers, no fire alarms. Vape shop claimed responsibility for the main entry, north entrance, east side door of main entry has 2 surface mount bolt locks in place, instructed Ryan Phone #: ###-#### that the flush bolts need to be removed and single action door hardware must be installed. Ryan is going to research ways for door to be secure that is code compliant. Tenant needs to install signage on door reading "Door to remain unlocked while space is occupied" Will verify install on next inspection request for life fire safety.
