Permit is for replacing an existing retaining wall and adding a new keystone block retaining wall up to 7 feet tall per the attached engineering, work to include a 4” fabric wrapped perforated drain pipe with end expose to daylight per engineer’s note, all work to be per the approved plans, current local codes and attached engineering. JG. letter from the applicant’s geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing/column subgrade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection.
