(CAPITOL PLAZA)(WINDOW UPGRADES) To replace existing windows and doors on the first three levels of an existing 7 story multi-family building. Work to include installation of new windows and doors with screen doors and the installation of some new insulated panels in nobearing sections of walls per the approved plans and the attached plan review report. This is a fully fire sprinklered building with an alarm system. Any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA13 and 72 as regulated by the fire department. This is a scope of work permit with a letter of completion to be issued upon approval and completion of the project. CDM
