(6’x22’) kitchen addition, work to include kitchen remodel to enlarge the kitchen/dining area, adding new windows at the kitchen sink and the restroom, new kitchen cabinetry and counters, the removal of the living room/dining walls to open up the space and remodeling the hall restroom and the master restroom, hall restroom remodel is for new vanity and fixtures, the master restroom is for the relocation of the shower and installation of select nonbearing walls, all work to be per the approved plan, current local codes and plan review report.
