Permit for major remodel and addition to existing single family dwelling, demolition of existing detached structure and construction of new detached office in it's place. Scope of work is complete interior demolition of single family dwelling with the addition of 120 sq. ft on the main level. New engineerined bonus trusses installed throughout the entire dwelling to create additional 264 sq. living space above for total 1188 sq. ft. on the main floor and 747 sq. ft. second story. The existing detached structure will be demolished and construction of new detached 418 sq. ft. office building with half bathroom. ACCA report must be submitted for approval by Boise City prior to staring any HVAC work. Modified foundation and second story deck are NOT a part of scope of work until engineering submitted for review and approved.
