Permit for installation of a new 300 sq. ft. in-ground fiberglass swimming pool per attached ES Report and as per plot plan as approved by the planning and zoning department. The disinfection system is salt/chlorine, it is a sand filter system, and will be attached to sanitary sewer. Separate erosion and electrical permits are required. Bonding of any metal parts is required to be approved by the electrical. Permanent barrier is required to be installed per Appendix "G" of the 2012 IRC. Structural engineering was not required for this project due to level parcel, lack of any proximity to any slope, ES report regulations provided, and no hillside requirements by the Public Works department. All work is to be done according to approved plans and documents, current local codes and Plan Review Report.//leg
