(SLRMC)(RADIOLOGY ROOM #1)(GROUND FLOOR)This is a fully fire sprinklered building of Type IA construction. Permit for minor renovation as shown on approved plans. Scope of work to include renovation of radiology room #1 on the ground floor of the hospital. This room will be updated with new medical imaging equipment, 249 sq ft. This renovation is entirely within an existing suite. Structural engineering for new equipment and special inspections required per attached documents. New imaging equipment shall meet NEC requirements. Please contact the City of Boise electrical divisions for requirements for the new equipment. All new interior finish shall meet IBC chapter 8 requirements. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **ajs**
