This building was formerly occupied by “River City Sales” for retail sales under permit BLD09-00623. No new work is authorized under this permit except for minor work needed to correct noncompliant conditions which includes a new interior egress door in a nonbearing wall, a defined egress path through a storage room, exit signs, and emergency lighting. Compliance is required with the items listed in the plan review report under Code Notes. Racking that exceeds 8 feet in height requires a separate Building Permit.
