Scope of work includes exterior demolition of 144 sq. ft. living space, new kitchen and bathroom addition of 390 sq. ft. The finished house will have 3 bedroom/3 bathrooms. Scope of work also includes demolition of existing rear covered porch and construction of new 72 sq. ft. rear covered patio. Both the interior first and second level remodels will consist of demolition and construction of interior bearing and non-bearing walls and installation of new beams as indicated on approved plans.
