Work is to include reconstructing interior nonbearing walls, reconstructing an exterior nonbearing wall, replacing storefront glazing, replacing storefront doors, and installing new finishes. The intent is to restore the building to its pre-damage condition. According to the Project Structural Engineer, damage was only to nonbearing elements and the gravity and lateral load bearing elements were not damaged.
