(900 sq. ft. first floor, 918 sq. ft. second floor) with new 795 sq. ft. unfinished basement. Scope of work is for new engeineered basement walls, foundation wall under porch and new stairway from main level to basement. The basement walls will be firred out for prescriptive engergy code. No other improvements on existing house besides connection to utilities are included under this scope of work. Separate permits are required for erosion, electrical, and plumbing. An ACCA report is required prior to any HVAC work. All work is to be done according to approved plans, engineering and current local codes.//leg
