Permit to renovate an existing tenant space located to the south of the 5th floor. Scope of work to include; relocation of tenant separation walls, lighting fixture upgrades, plumbing fixture modifications, and furnishings replacement. See engineering structural calculations for new partition wall on existing structural column. Construction of nonbearing interior walls to create new office lay out with accessory multipurpose room of 1,056 sq ft. The upgrade to the fire spinkler system was completed in 2011. The 2 hour exit enclosures will not be altered as part of this permit. Access to the two exit enclosures shown within tenant area shall be available at all times to the entire floor. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **ajs**
