Numerous fire sprinkler escutcheons missing, escutcheons need to be installed. Noticed the ceiling sagging as soon as you walk into tenant space, a fire sprinkler is located in that ceiling tile, the whole head/deflector is above the ceiling, needs to be corrected. Emergency egress lighting in front of tenant space as well as in the storage area of space did not operate, emergency egress lights need to be serviced/replaced.

No building inspecations done and only part on MEC. They are open for business. Set up a Conference for MEC also. A correction notice was issued to hace fire/life/safety and building final inspections prior to occupancy.
