Permit to remove existing porch and add on 157 sq. ft. of living space on main floor and addition of 157 sq. ft. finished basement storage room to rear of existing single family dwelling in the historic district. Scope of work also includes major interior remodel of main floor and second floor, installation of beams and new footings in existing basement, and replacement of select windows. Separate erosion, electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are required. All work is to be done according to approved plans, Engineering, ACCA Report, Plan Review Report, current local codes and according to Certificate of Appropriateness DRH15-00252.
