(HUMAN SUPPORTS OF IDAHO – Conference Room Remodel) Permit is to add a 75 ft. interior non-bearing wall to separate off a 660 square foot conference room, and two new offices in an existing 5,223 square foot office space (Original Permit for this space done under BLD11-02264). Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: demolition of existing non-bearing walls, installation of new nonbearing walls, installation of accessible doors / hardware, and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. NOTE: Met with owner representitive. They are restriping the parking lot to add an accessible parking stall and curb ramp to meet the 20% upgrade. Verified with Planning no CZC required. **TLW**
