The buildings will be separated in order to maintain allowable area. Two buildings are located within 20 ft from one another and will be considered one building in the building area analysis. Scope of work includes: engineered set of four modular buildings, new plumbing, new electrical, and new access stairways / ramps. These buildings are not fire sprinklered.
