Plan modification is to add an additional 81 sq. ft. to the main level addition that was approved on 9/22/15. **DAF** Scope of work is to add on a 605 sq. ft. master bedroom with a 70 sq. ft. covered patio onto the back of the existing house & some interior remodeling on the main floor. In the basement, rebuilding the stairs to make them code compliant and enlarging the egress windows in the basement bedrooms.
