(FIDELITY TITLE COMPANY – BANNER BANK BUILDING – 4TH STORY UNIT 420) The fire sprinkler system is used for high rise and for story increase. Permit is to add 960 sq. ft. from adjacent tenant space to the existing 2,074 sq. ft. office tenant space on the 4th story of a high-rise building to make a total of 3,034 sq. ft. tenant space. Work is to include: removal and installation at select location of Nordwall demountable partitions to create 4 offices and one open office area, removal of wall at the old room #404 and door opening for new hallway, new door opening leading to corridor, relocation of light fixtures, mechanical ductwork, and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
