Previously noted items addressed/repaired. HVAC diffusers have been changed from a multi-direction diffuser to a single direction diffuser to help prevent false alarms from direct air flow to smoke detector. Smoke detector replacement (smoke detectors were replaced, not relocated during renovation) is being veiwed as a maintenance item per conversation with Lee Meridith. Fire extinguishers are in place with current inspection tags. No fire sprinklers, smoke detectors are stand alone, final life fire safety inspection passed/complete.

Arrived on site and met Clint. He did not have the city approved documents on site and left to get them. I started the inspection and noted that the fire extinguishers are not tagged with the annual inspection tag and several of the smoke alarms do not meet NFPA 72 spacing for being with-in 12" of the ceiling and more than 3' from supply air grills. Clint called to let me know he was on the way back and I let him know of what I found. He was not in agreement and wanted to conference with Scott about my findings. I notified Scott and spoke to Lee.
