Permit is for the remodel of the kitchen area of the single family dwelling, work to include the removal of interior nonbearing wall, removing and raising the interior ceiling joist of the kitchen area, adding two new exterior windows at the kitchen corner (note: not making the opening bigger using the existing opening), and replacing damaged siding, all work to be per the approved plans and current local codes.
