Work to include: construction of new select nonbearing walls to make a meditation room, relocation of lighting fixtures, new grid ceiling, minor duct work and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
