**(Vanilla – PLAZA 121 – BASEMENT SUITE 3B)** NO OCCUPANCY ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. TENANT SHALL APPLY FOR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY PRIOR TO OCCUPYING THE SPACE. Permit is to vacate an existing 2,320 sq. ft. tenant space created under BLD15-03214. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of door frame opening, infill interior non-bearing door opening demising suite #2B and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
