Permit is for the construction of a new (20’x24’) 480 sq. ft. garage and the interior remodel of the main floor and basement area, work to include: the removal of interior nonbearing wall , construction of new interior nonbearing walls to create at the basement area a new restroom, three new bedrooms with new egress windows, at the main floor adding a master closet, a master bathroom, and adding a new wall at the half bathroom area, adding a 16’ LVL to help with the sagging of the existing ceiling system, replacing all the exterior windows, all work to be per the approved plans and current local codes.
